“There are few of the world’s problems which cannot be solved with high explosive.”

As we know, most of these few can be solved with heat-shrink tubing. This raises two questions, however:

1. Are there any of the world’s problems that can be solved with either high explosive or heat-shrink tubing?

2. Are there any that can only be solved with both high explosive and heat-shrink tubing?
